Spoofville publishes satire, parody, and fictional commentary. Our headlines, artwork, prompts, and audiovisual bits are humorous fabrications and should never be taken as factual reporting.

- You agree not to rely on the content for factual accuracy, legal advice, medical advice, or investment decisions.
2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
- Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes, harassment, infringement, or to interfere with our infrastructure.
- Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or mirroring requires written permission.
- You may share our satire with attribution, provided you do not misrepresent it as factual news.
3. Intellectual Property
All creative works on the Services—articles, headlines, artwork, prompts, generated imagery, and merch copy—are owned by Spoofville or its contributors. Trademarks and logos displayed on the Services remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written authorization except for limited sharing permitted above.
4. Commerce & Fulfillment
Spoofville runs a WooCommerce shop at shop.spoofville.com that is fulfilled on demand through Printify's print-provider network.
- When you place an order you authorize us and Printify to charge your selected payment method for products, taxes, shipping, and handling.
- Production times, shipping windows, and tracking updates are provided by Printify and its carriers. Delivery dates are estimates.
- Because every item is custom made, all sales are final except for damaged or misprinted products reported within 20 days of delivery.
- We may refuse or cancel orders (for suspected fraud, inventory issues, or policy violations). If we already processed payment we will refund the original method.
5. User-Generated Submissions
If you send story ideas, feedback, fan art, or other materials ("Submissions") you grant Spoofville a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display those Submissions in connection with the Services.
You represent that you own the material you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights. We may remove Submissions at any time for any reason.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." SPOOFVILLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, nor that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for third-party networks or services, including Printify, payment processors, WordPress, or external sites we link to.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spoofville and its officers, employees, contributors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from or related to the Services.
Our total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Spoofville in the six months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Spoofville harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Privacy & Cookies

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Sections that naturally survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification) remain in force.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
